Professional security.

Specialises in security systems and plans, installs and maintains everything to do with building security

Teloplan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH specialises in security systems and plans, installs and maintains everything to do with building security: fire alarm systems, intruder alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, building management systems and more. Commercial customers from all sectors trust us throughout Germany, from production plants to warehouses and administration to service providers with public access.

Teloplan: Engineers, techniciansand fitters work hand in hand.

"Teloplan Ingenieurgesellschaft Planung und Montage" - this claim is no coincidence, but describes our strength: We are not "just" a planning office with all HOAI service phases 1 - 9, but our fitters and technicians can also install and maintain everything. This saves time and professionalises all service levels. Fitters/technicians have a direct line to the engineer, while engineers can also find out years after installation what works well on site.

It works: Because we coordinate everything

Our particular strength is that "everything simply works" for the customer. Low-current/security technology is highly complex and requires many experts. They all work hand in hand with us. The result of this interplay is highly professional security that is, at best, inconspicuous to the user.

Expertise means: manufacturer-neutral

Teloplan is not tied to any one manufacturer. The advantage for our customers is obvious: we know the strengths and weaknesses of the various manufacturers and systems. As part of an intensive consultation and planning process, including feasibility studies if required, we can develop the highest quality, most cost-effective, most economical and most practical solution according to customer requirements.

High-tech: through and through

We don’t just sell security technology – we love technology. This is evident in many areas. Thanks to our own CAD/documentation department, our customers receive all relevant documents such as fire brigade route maps, fire brigade deployment plans and escape and rescue route plans directly from us. And thanks to state-of-the-art ERP software (PDS), the experts on site have access to all order and technical details at all times via tablets. This saves a lot of time and paper: order documents, for example, can be confirmed directly on the tablet with a digital signature and sent online to the administration – to the customer and to Teloplan.

Personal: Present on site

Despite all the technology, it is ultimately the expertise and experience of our fitters and technicians on site that guarantees the customer’s safety. To this end, we offer every conceivable service, from a 365/24/7 breakdown service to long-term monitoring of deadlines, e.g. every 3 years in accordance with the German Inspection Ordinance for repeat expert inspections of fire alarm systems. Teloplan acts as a competence centre in the security technology service sector for the entire ELOMECH Group and, of course, for our customers. Teloplan is part of the ELOMECH Group, which is majority-owned by Eiffage, a French construction group formed from the merger of medium-sized companies.

Commitment that goes beyond day-to-day work: sponsorship.

Whatever we develop, plan and realise: It’s always about people. We want to make their everyday lives as safe as possible and thus help to improve their quality of life. That’s why, in addition to our business activities, we also support the people who are particularly close to our hearts: the people in the region.

People at the centre: our commitment to the region.

For a company like ours, which feels closely connected to its region, it is not an obligation to support the people in our neighbourhood – it is our responsibility! That’s why we have been committed to the region we come from and call home for many years, with great vigour and a great deal of passion. Wherever we can and with the resources available to us, we are very happy to help the local sports clubs, for example.

"Professional safety is when you feel safe without feeling disturbed in your day-to-day operations. We pay attention to the intuitive operation of safety systems. The human-machine interface must be as simple as possible."
