Lasting safety and early warning: fire alarm systems from Teloplan.

The reliable security of commercial buildings or public spaces of any size always poses very individual demands and special requirements. Especially when it comes to fire protection. In addition to the various safety standards and technical issues, numerous standards, laws and official approvals often have to be observed when installing fire alarm systems.

Effective and permanently safe protection with modern fire protection systems.

A fire alarm system is a hazard detection system that recognises and reports fire at an early stage. The automatic or non-automatic sensors connected to the control centre are constantly active. An extinguishing system can also be connected to a fire alarm system and monitored and triggered by it.

We work closely with you and your security staff to develop the optimum security solution and install the perfect fire alarm system for your property. During the implementation of the jointly agreed measures, we pay attention not only to our tasks in accordance with DIN ISO 9001, but also to compliance with the parameters that must be observed on your part. So you can rely on us completely – and the Teloplan all-round carefree package!

Short circuits, cable fires or even a coffee machine that hasn’t been switched off: fires can have many different causes. Regardless of this, one thing is always essential in an emergency: a professional and detailed fire route map.

Fire service route maps provide the fire service with directions from the location of the fire alarm control panel or display panel to the location of the triggered fire alarm.

The front of the fire brigade route map provides information on the quickest route from the location to the incident site. The reverse side shows the location of the incident in detail with detector names and numbers. The fire brigade route cards are created in consultation with the local fire brigade.

The Teloplan range of services in the field of fire brigade route maps:

  • Production according to the requirements of the responsible fire brigade
  • All formats and processing methods
  • Laminated or in a sleeve
  • Filing in card slots or folders

In the event of a fire or other emergency situation, it is sometimes minutes or even seconds that can decide the extent of the damage or, in the worst case, life and death. Fire service plans are used to initiate life-saving measures in the shortest possible time. The fastest possible access to the relevant information is therefore of great importance.

We develop fire service organisation systems that offer maximum orientation without any loss of time. Fire service plans from Teloplan are highly valued by fire services due to their logical layout and clear structure. This is because DIN 14095 serves as a factual basis for the development of the plans, not as a template.

Our objective is simple: we want to create the best fire service plans. Customised for each property. In close consultation with the responsible fire brigade. After all, they have to fulfil their task with our plans: Saving lives.

Structure of the fire service plan:

Graphic part:

  • General plan
  • Detailed plans (floor plans or horizontal/vertical fire compartments)
  • 3D visualisation
  • Object photographs (partially incorporated into plans)

Written part:

  • Alarm plan
  • Authorities and persons to be informed
  • Register of hazardous substances
  • Information on structural fire protection
  • Information on organisational fire protection

According to §55 of the Workplace Ordinance and §18 VBG 125, there is an obligation (with a few exceptions) to draw up escape and rescue plans. That is why we offer you the creation of escape and rescue route plans in high-quality versions (600 dpi, tear-resistant synthetic paper) in all standard sizes up to DIN A0. You will receive your plans in frames or borders specially designed for the respective area of application.

The abbreviation TAB stands for Technical Connection Conditions for Fire Alarm Systems of Fire Departments. They specify the technical conditions required to plan and install a fire alarm system in accordance with DIN 14675. The same applies to maintenance.

The relevant technical connection conditions are provided by the districts, cities or local fire brigades. You can find a clearly organised database here.
