Thanks to our own CAD/documentation department, you receive documents such as fire brigade route maps, fire brigade deployment plans or escape and rescue route plans directly from us. Our experienced experts on site also have access to the latest technology: With the help of the innovative pds software, they have access to all order and technical details at all times via digital media. This saves time and paper.
The extremely increased requirements in the planning, commercial and organisational areas, as well as the company’s own high standards of being a trendsetter in the area of service, were the main reasons for using the pds software.
It provides Teloplan with a powerful tool that involves all of the company’s employees: from the project manager, who plans and monitors the construction site, to the quotation department, which is equipped with the latest interfaces and always has the latest data available for costing, to the employees on site, who are noticeably relieved of their daily reporting and documentation tasks thanks to the software via digital media. For example, order documents can be confirmed directly on the tablet with a digital signature and sent online to the administration – to the customer and to us.

- Troubleshooting service
Our fault service is available to contract customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Should your system malfunction, simply contact us via our service telephone and leave your call-back number. Our on-call technician will call you back shortly afterwards and discuss the next steps with you. If necessary, he will also solve the problems directly on your premises. This service is subject to a charge and is regulated in more detail in a maintenance and repair contract. We are of course available to all other customers during normal business hours to provide advice and assistance.
- Calculation service
Our costing service includes much more than just a detailed, transparent and reliable quotation based on specifications. As we are both a planning engineering office and an installer, we are just as familiar with the theory as we are with the practice. We therefore check the specifications of existing bills of quantities and compare them with the actual requirements on site. This enables us to correct any inconsistencies in content from the outset and optimise plans. It is not uncommon for the task or the current product to be replaced by another equivalent but more cost-effective solution. As a customer-orientated and manufacturer-independent service provider, our recommendations always focus on the best possible solution for your requirements.
